Auditors submitted the bio information found below. The National PREA Resource Center posted only those bios from certified auditors who consented and made only minor spelling, punctuation, and grammar changes.  

If your facility or agency is seeking a DOJ-certified PREA auditor to conduct an audit, you may browse the list below to find an auditor to contact. If you are interested in forwarding a PREA audit request for proposal (RFP) to all certified auditors, the PRC will distribute the document to all certified auditors. As senior vice president for Correct Management and Communications Global, Flora currently manages the company's Program Review and Audits division. She has more than 38 years of extensive correctional experience, including 20 years with the South Carolina Department of Corrections, where she was a deputy warden, warden, director for special programs, and assistant regional director. She also served as director for the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice and as administrator of the Kershaw County Detention Center.

Brenna has worked in community corrections for nine years, including working as a work release case manager and a drug and alcohol therapist for inpatient and outpatient treatment. She is currently the director of a community corrections program contracted with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (DOC). As the director, she oversees a licensed inpatient drug and alcohol program, a work release program, and a community confinement program. She is also the facility PREA compliance and accreditations manager.

Previously she was an inspector for the department as part of the Inspections and Investigations unit. She has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and minors in Spanish and sociology.

Tim is currently the director of Professional Standards for the North Dakota DOC and has been with the department for 30 years. Tim is a licensed law enforcement officer, trained investigator, and certified correctional officer. Previously, he served as a parole officer for more than 15 years and as a deputy and police officer for more than nine years. Tim served in the military for 37 years, where he conducted a variety of different audits before retirement.

Rhonda is currently the American Correctional Association (ACA)/policy/PREA compliance manager at the Indiana State Prison. She has been with the Indiana DOC for over 20 years and served in custody, administration, and investigations. Her work with PREA began in 2005. Rhonda served on the DOC Prison Rape Oversight Group from 2009 to 2012. She aided in the design and implementation of the sexual assault response team program used by the state.

He is the PREA coordinator and compliance manager.
