Jennifer has worked in corrections for over 25 years. She has worked for several non-profit agencies contracted with the New Jersey Department of Corrections and State Parole Board to provide residential community release programs for male and female inmates and parolees with substance abuse and mental health issues. She has experience in program development, policy implementation, monitoring program outcomes, and staff training. In 2015, she joined the contract compliance team of a private prison company where she was responsible for the PREA compliance for 45 facilities throughout the country, including prisons, jails, community confinement, and DHS immigration facilities. Currently, she is a Project Manager at The Moss Group. She is a trained sexual assault and domestic violence advocate/counselor. From 2005-2011, she was a volunteer member of the Clifton (New Jersey) Domestic Violence Response Team. She was a founding member of the Passaic County Sexual Assault Response Team where she volunteered for ten years. She holds a Master of Human Services degree from Lincoln University, with a concentration in counseling.

Sharon retired as the Director of Compliance for the Georgia Department of Corrections after more than 24 years with the agency. She is an experienced auditor with 26+years working in state government. Sharon served as GDC's Statewide PREA Coordinator during their initial implementation phase. She currently works as an Assistant Program Manager with Creative Corrections LLC and continues to conduct PREA audits and provide consultation services through her own business, SRS Professional Services LLC.

Rhonda is currently the American Correctional Association (ACA)/policy/PREA compliance manager at the Indiana State Prison. She has been with the Indiana DOC for over 25 years and served in custody, administration, and investigations. Her work with PREA began in 2005. Rhonda served on the DOC Prison Rape Oversight Group from 2009 to 2012. She aided in the design and implementation of the sexual assault response team program used by the state. Rhonda also manages Correctional Compliance Consulting, LLC to assist agencies/faciities to achieve PREA Compliance in preparation for PREA Audits.

Melissa Rodriguez is a Senior Program Associate with the National PREA Resource Center working in the Field Training Program. Melissa is responsible for training newly certified auditors as they move towards fulfilling probationary certification requirements. Prior to becoming a full-time staff member at the PRC, Melissa worked at the Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation Department. She served in various positions to include PREA compliance manager and PREA coordinator and served in both prison and jail confinement settings for 29 years.

Roger is currently retired from state service with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, where he last served as the mission Captain for Female Offender Programs and Services/Special Housing. Roger has completed 25 PREA Audits as the Lead Auditor, an additional 40 PREA Audits as Support Staff member and numerous Internal Audits on behalf of the State of California. Prior to his retirement, Roger was a Deputy Sheriff/Correctional Officer for Yolo County. Roger also served in the United States Air Force for four years as a firefighter.
