RaShondra is currently the youth services program specialist and the PREA Coordinator at the Alabama Department of Youth Services in Mt. Meigs, Alabama. She worked with the Accountability Based Sexual Offender Program at Mt. Meigs Campus for over 17 years, and she has been working with PREA since September 2012. She also has worked as a senior service social worker, home-based counselor, and therapist.
Lesley has worked in juvenile justice for the last twenty-two years in secure and staff secure facilities until retirement. Lesley started her career with the Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections in Buckeye, Arizona. Lesley holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management and Psychology and a Master of Justice Management with emphasis in Juvenile and Family Law. Lesley received Douglas County Exceptional Employee of the Year 2020 for overseeing the efforts and coordination of exceeding 39 PREA standards in her facility. Her husband, Dillyn, retired from the Nevada Department of Corrections. Between the two, they provide over forty-four years of experience in training, policy and procedure development, employee supervision and staffing plans, PREA, classification, and rehabilitative programs.
Sara is currently the Treatment Programs Manager at Merrimac Juvenile Detention Center and has been with the facility since 2005. She holds a Masters of Divinity and a Doctorate in General Psychology. Sara manages multiple programs at MJDC, is a member of the Greater Williamsburg Trauma Informed Care Network, and served as the President of the Virginia Detention Association of Post-Dispositional Programs for several years and maintains membership with that organization.
