Roger is currently retired from state service with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, where he last served as the mission Captain for Female Offender Programs and Services/Special Housing. Roger has completed 25 PREA Audits as the Lead Auditor, an additional 40 PREA Audits as Support Staff member and numerous Internal Audits on behalf of the State of California. Prior to his retirement, Roger was a Deputy Sheriff/Correctional Officer for Yolo County. Roger also served in the United States Air Force for four years as a firefighter.
