Cynthia is a retired Program Administrator with Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of corrections, to include adult parole services supervision and community residential program auditing.

I’m a DOJ-certified PREA Auditor for Juvenile Facilities, a role I’ve held since 2016. With over 20 years of experience in the juvenile justice field, I currently serve as the Quality Development Supervisor and PREA Coordinator for the Montgomery County Juvenile Probation Department in Texas.

My background includes a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice Leadership and Management from Sam Houston State University and a strong foundation in both federal PREA standards and state-level juvenile regulations.

PREA audits are a regular part of my work, and I’ve had the opportunity to support juvenile facilities across the country in strengthening their practices and achieving compliance. I'm deeply committed to creating safe, secure environments for youth and helping agencies uphold the core principles of the Prison Rape Elimination Act.

Tammy is a retired education administrator for the Camden County Juvenile Detention Center. She was a correctional educator for both the state of New Jersey and the county of Camden for 25 years. Additionally, she provided instruction to youth at the Camden County Youth Advocacy Program for 17 years. For the past seven years, Tammy has been completing PREA audits in juvenile settings.
