Lawrence has over 32+ years of leadership experience in the juvenile justice and residential treatment field. Operational experience includes the delivery and oversight of treatment, security, staff training, education, health, safety, and data collection in 50+ programs throughout 14 different States. Administrative experience also includes the daily management of agency Human Resources and Risk Management departments, Lawrence has a successful track record in preparing agencies for accreditation, licensing, regulation, and contract compliance audits. Following audits, he can develop, train, and monitor corrective action plans.
Amanda is currently the Director of PREA Compliance for the West Virginia Division of Corrections & Rehabilitation. She has has worked in the PREA Department 2016. Previously, she ran the Division's Residential Substance Abuse Treatment program and has been working for Corrections since 2008.
Carrie Stanley has worked in a variety of correctional settings including juvenile halls, adult prisons, community corrections, and a large jail network. In addition, she has worked has a probation officer and probation and parole agent. She has 21 years of experience in the criminal justice field. Currently she works for a state DOC with a reentry focus.
Noemi Zamacona is a Monitor with the Los Angeles County Office of Inspector General where she monitors the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department's custody operations. Previously, Noemi worked as a Mitigation Specialist with the Riverside County Public Defender’s Office where she exclusively investigated murder cases involving the death penalty. Prior to her investigative career, Ms. Zamacona obtained custodial care experience at the Santa Cruz County juvenile hall facility.
