Operational experience includes the delivery and oversight of treatment, security, staff training, education, health, safety, and data collection in 50+ programs throughout 14 different States. Administrative experience also includes the daily management of agency Human Resources and Risk Management departments, Lawrence has a successful track record in preparing agencies for accreditation, licensing, regulation, and contract compliance audits. Following audits, he can develop, train, and monitor corrective action plans.
