David is currently a PREA Compliance Administrator for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction and has been with the department for 23 years. He is also a United States Navy Veteran.
Tejuana is the Superintendent and PREA Compliance Manager of a minimum community facility for the Wisconsin Department of Corrections (WIDOC). She has been with the department for 16 years. Prior to working for the WIDOC, Tejuana worked as a Psychotherapist, addressing Mental Health and Substance use related issues. She has also worked with victims and perpetrators of domestic violence and sexual assault. Tejuana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, and an Independent Clinical Supervisor.
Kenneth is currently the Director of Settlement Compliance for the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice. He served his last 22 years in several leadership positions at the South Carolina Department of Corrections and SC Department of Juvenile Justice, to include being SCDJJ's first PREA Coordinator. Kenneth also served in the US Army National Guard for 15 years as an Operations and Intelligence staff member.
Mary is a Contract Oversight Specialist with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. She has been employed with the Bureau of Prisons for 26 years with 13 of those years inside a secure institution. The past 13 years have been in Residential Reentry Services. She has been an auditor of Residential Reentry Center contracts for the last 7 years.
Kyle Goudie is currently the Director of the Juvenile Justice Services (JJS) in Utah. Kyle is a twenty-seven year JJS employee who has worked in Early Intervention, in Secure Care at and in Community Placements. Within these programs, Kyle has operated and evaluated programs in, Day Treatment, Behavior Residential, Secure Facilities and Transition. Kyle holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah.
Sarah is currently the PREA Compliance Manager at Oshkosh Correctional Institution. Her other roles include Litigation Coordinator, Public Information Officer and Deputy Records Custodian. She was previously a PREA Investigator, and has worked with the WI Department of Corrections for 13 years.
Michelle serves as the Director of PREA Services for the Washington State Department of Corrections (WADOC). She has been working on the implementation of the Prison Rape Elimination Act since 2015 when she assumed the role of PREA Compliance Manager as an Associate Superintendent. She has worked in the field of corrections for 30 years starting her career with the Arizona DOC and transferring to WADOC. She has served in multiple different custody roles through the rank of Correctional Sergeant, and has also held the position of Classification Counselor, Correctional Unit Supervisor, Correctional Program Manager and Associate Superintendent. Michelle has spent her career committed to the safety and wellbeing of all those that work and live in DOC facilities.
Michelle has earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Science from the Washington State University and is a Certified Diversity Executive, CDE® through the Institute of Diversity Certification.
Mary Dozier is currently the PREA Coordinator and Director of Accreditation for Marion Superior Courts in Indianapolis Indiana and has been with the court for five years. Prior to taking on this role she was the Field Training Officer for the detention center for two years.
Stephanie is presently serving as the Sergeant for The Orange County Corrections Department's Policy, Accreditation, and Compliance Unit. The PACU team also supports the needs of the department's PREA and Grievance Coordinator to include, implementing and maintaining continued compliance with all PREA standards. She has been with the department for the last 16 years, with majority of her experience serving in the department's high liability and special risk population areas.
