Cynthia is a full time PREA Auditor.
She has previously served 25 with the Florida Department of Corrections and 30 years total for the State of Florida. She is retired from the State of Florida after 30 years of service and has spent most of her career in adult male facilities. Prior to her current position, Cynthia was an assistant warden with oversight of both programs and operations. Cynthia began her career as a correctional probation officer and has served as a classification officer, correctional services administrator, correctional services consultant.

Douglas is serving his department and community at two distinct correctional facilities in an administrative capacity. He serves as the primary liaison for detention standards and compliance, is a subject matter expert on use of force, and is a commander of the Correctional Emergency Response Team. He is a Certified instructor of various professional disciplines and is the Principal at Upper Tier Detention Consulting. (Doug Simpson Enterprises LLC)

James is the PREA Coordinator with the Osceola County Corrections Department in Kissimmee, Florida. James began his 22-year corrections career as a detention deputy in Hillsborough County, Florida. As the PREA Coordinator, James is responsible for ongoing education and compliance in his facility. James has completed 40 audits of county jails, state corrections facilities, and federal institutions. He is the chair for the County's SART team and a co-chair for the Central Florida Human Trafficking Task Force. He also provides education and technical assistance for the Florida Sheriff's Association.

Cicily is currently a Program Manager who has conducted and led more than 17 PREA audits of jails, prisons, and community correction centers. Previously, she was the PREA Coordinator for the District of Columbia Department of Corrections for nine years and a Management and Program Analyst with DC DOC's Office of Audit and Compliance for more than a year. Ms. Harrington was previously a member of the Director's Transgender Advisory Committee, Transgender Housing Committee, and the Transgender Inmate Support Workgroup with DC DOC. Ms. Harrington has developed and implemented policies and procedural guidelines for confinement settings.
