The National PREA Resource Center and Vera Institute of Justice invite you to join us for part two of a two-part webinar on the Youthful Inmate Standard. In this interactive web conference, you will learn from staff from the Indiana and North Carolina Department of Corrections about policy and practice changes they are making to keep young people who are being charged as adults in juvenile facilities and how to meet those youths’ needs while the changes are being implemented.
