Aaron is currently the PREA coordinator for the Buncombe County Detention Facility in Asheville, North Carolina. He has served the facility for the past 12 years including previous roles as a detention officer, field training officer, and deputy sheriff. Aaron is also a North Carolina General Instructor for criminal justice training, educating new detention officers on PREA and other Detention Officer Certification Course subject matter.

Gabriel is a Corrections Specialist 4 working for the Washington State Department of Corrections and has been with the department for 14 years. His current position has him working out of headquarters specific to the PREA unit. Prior to his current position he worked as a PREA compliance specialist for a Washington State Prison which required ensuring all aspects of DOJ standards were met at his facility.

Ian is currently the Investigator at Arizona State Prison (ASP) Red Rock, Eloy Arizona, owned and operated by Core Civic. Ian also conducts investigations for Core Civic through the United States assigned to complex staff and inmate investigations including PREA allegations. Ian has over 30 years' experience as an investigator having been previously employed as a Police Officer in the London Metropolitan Police as well as service with a provincial constabulary in the UK.

Paula is currently an Investigator for the Los Angeles County Office of Inspector General (OIG). Prior to transferring to OIG, she was a Supervising Deputy Probation Officer for the Los Angeles County Probation Department for fifteen years where she also served as an Internal Affairs Investigator.

James "Jay" Hill has worked in Juvenile Justice since 2005, entirely at the county/local level. The majority of Jay's service was within the Dallas County Juvenile Department (DCJD). While at DCJD, Jay's previous job responsibilities comprised of conducting administrative investigations related to abuse allegations, while also having internal oversight duties to maintain compliance with state and federal standards. Additional experiences include working within juvenile confinement facilities, alternative education programs, juvenile probation, diversion courts, and victim advocacy. Jay began conducting PREA Audits for juvenile confinement facilities in 2025, working independently and also on behalf of multiple consulting firms.

Charles is currently a Criminal Investigations Manager with the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice Office of Investigations, where he manages the PREA Unit and has been with the department for seven years. He also serves as a state sexual harassment investigator for the state of Georgia Inspector General's Office. Previously, he was a police officer, police lieutenant, and criminal investigator for more than 21 years.

Joshua is currently a Senior Compliance Officer for the New York City Administration for Children's Services under the Division of Youth and Family Justice. He previously worked for the New York City Department of Corrections as a PREA Compliance Manager and a New York State Peace Officer. Joshua possesses a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice and a Master's in Social Work. His experience with youth and adults range from direct services to assisting with writing policies.
