This directory allows users to find information about audits initiated on or after June 30, 2022, and can be found here. The searchable audit directory displays the facility name, agency name, the auditor conducting the audit, and the audit's onsite start and end dates. Users can filter their search results by facility or agency name, jurisdiction, facility type, and onsite dates. Each audit is displayed as a tile, and selecting the tile allows the user to access additional information about the audit, including the facility location, agency details, and facility type.
Additional features will be added in the near future, including access to audit final reports 45 days after they are completed, ability to contact the auditor, and an option to export search results. This directory and its features are intended to make it easier for interested members of the public, including incarcerated individuals, their loved ones, corrections practitioners, advocates and others to access information about audits going forward.

Have you ever wondered where DOJ frequently asked questions (FAQs) come from? Or what the authority is for the DOJ to issue these FAQs? In response to numerous questions received from the field, this webinar will feature PREA Resource Center (PRC) and Department of Justice (DOJ) experts discussing the history and purpose of issuing FAQs along with the underlying legal authority to do so. The presenters will discuss where questions originate and who answers the questions, and will present some examples of FAQs that are particularly important for the field to understand.
