Leigha currently works in the PREA Office for the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. In her role she coordinates training and technical assistance, policy development, investigations, data collection and facility audits. Previously, she was the director of services for a local non-profit. She also managed a University of California-San Diego/California of Corrections and Rehabilitation re-entry program.

Lori has been the PREA Administrator at Oriana House in Akron, Ohio, since 2014. Prior to this role, she worked as a law clerk for Reimer, Arnovitz, Chernek, and Jeffrey Law Offices. Lori earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law.

Sydney is a Quality & Compliance expert offering consultation services in protection from harm, safety & security, behavior management & federal and state regulations. Her proven ability to improve confinement and incarceration conditions in both juvenile and adult facilities as well as community programs and group homes has resulted in her being heavily recruited to provide training and technical assistance for facilities under DOJ federal oversight due to poor conditions and CRIPA violations.
