Santa Cruz County Jail targeted in federal civil rights lawsuit

SANTA CRUZ — A civil rights lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court accuses the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s office of a culture of indifference in its handling of inmates at the County Jail.
