Review Panel on Prison Rape: Report on Rape in U.S. Jails, 2008

This report presents the findings and best practices distilled from the hearings held by the Review Panel on Prison Rape. The purpose of the hearings was to aid the Bureau of Justice Statistics in the identification of common characteristics of victims and perpetrators of rape and to also aid in identification of facility characteristics where rape incidence is high or low.
