Civil rights suit filed against Harrison Co. deputy who confessed to sexually assaulting inmate

A woman who accused a former Harrison County sheriff’s deputy and transport officer of raping her has filed a civil rights lawsuit against him as well as Harrison County and the Sheriffs’ Association of Texas.
