Auditors submitted the bio information found below. The National PREA Resource Center posted only those bios from certified auditors who consented and made only minor spelling, punctuation, and grammar changes.  

If your facility or agency is seeking a DOJ-certified PREA auditor to conduct an audit, you may browse the list below to find an auditor to contact. If you are interested in forwarding a PREA audit request for proposal (RFP) to all certified auditors, the PRC will distribute the document to all certified auditors. To utilize this service, please submit a Contact Us form here.

Please note, the PRC will only distribute material related to requests for bids to conduct audits. We will not contact all auditors or groups of auditors for any other reason.

Lynette is the Facility Operations Manager for the Wyoming Girls School, a state-operated residential facility for adjudicated delinquent juvenile females. She began her career at the Wyoming Girls School as a case manager and was promoted to the Facility Operations Manager. She has been working in this capacity for 12 years. Lynette has a master’s degree in education, a bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Criminal Justice and was previously an educator in the local school district.

He prepares, develops, implements, and oversees the agency’s PREA standards in all of its facilities and contract programs. He also oversees organizational studies, audits and assessments, training, and policies to ensure the agency is in compliance with PREA standards. He has 19 years of experience in state government with correctional facilities and programs.

Prior to this position, Kyle worked in community confinement facilities and in juvenile probation facilities.

Ross retired from the Seattle Police Department in 2018 after 31 years of service. At the time of his retirement he had supervised the departments Audit and Inspections Detail for nine years. During that time, his work included serving as the departments accreditation manager, and for the final three years as the acting commander of the Audit, Policy and Research Section. Other assignments during his career included work as a sergeant in the Patrol Bureau and Training Section, and as a detective in the Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit. Assigned investigations as a detective included criminal investigations of incidents at the county jail.

Matt has 15 years of experience supervising a variety of juvenile programs. This supervisory experience includes: secure detention, secure correctional treatment programs, day treatment, field probation services, juvenile drug court, and three years’ experience as the president of the Minnesota Juvenile Detention Association.

Prior to that position, she served as assistant deputy director for Western Operations. She has spent more than 30 years working in corrections in both private and state systems, as well as field, residential, and institutional settings.
