The National PREA Resource Center and Vera Institute of Justice invite you to join us for part one of a two-part webinar focused on the Youthful Inmate PREA Standard (§ 115.14). In this interactive web conference, Craig Bachman and Phil Cox will discuss the county- and state-level changes that have been made in Oregon to keep young people who are being charged as adults in juvenile facilities.
